Saturday Night was transformative for me. I felt entirely safe, supported and held by Anne in this circle of healing. In life, we all have our "stuff" that needs to be brought to the surface and then cleared and released through powerful prayer, deep healing and unconditional love. I always feel incredibly close to my ancestors in Anne’s circles - how beautiful is that! These circles are self-care at its purest. And the healing continues for days after. It has now been 5 days since the last circle and I am still feeling the transformation. Thank you thank you thank you. N.MK

 

* I can only describe the Heal sessions as coming home to family. It can feel like a very lonely world sometimes but at HEAL you feel like you are part of a tribe. Every session is filled with love and hope, release and closure, and most importantly for me, no judgement. I have made a promise to myself to attend all sessions in 2020 as part of my self-care. * My experience of Anne is, she is a wisdom keeper, fierce in faith and deeply connected to spirit. No bullshit, so much integrity and compassion. Through her years of experience and dedication she is skilled at listening with her full being. She is a master of her trade and I always come away with a bit of golden insight into life. The circles she creates are welcoming and relaxed, deeply sacred and gentle. Anne is amazing at holding space so people can fully let go and express whatever comes up, be it floods of tears, screams of rage, bursts of giggles or wild dance, you are safe in her hands. Anne channels straight from Spirit bringing what is needed most to each individual. The feeling of community she has created in her circle makes it a joy to look forward to, there is always time for a cup of herbal tea (or strong coffee) before she starts and I look forward to the last song she puts on after the circle ends, I can’t help but dance to it. Not to mention all the silly, goofy times in between it all. C. 

 

* When I attend HEAL it is an interactive healing, personal experience unfolding in the moment. Anne channels the most beautiful prayers that touch my soul. Just being in the room I feel a lot of energy normally around the top of my head. I sometimes cry tears as the session progresses. I’ve experienced healing of my heart and my stomach area. I feel held, heard, seen and understood by God although I know he’s always near I feel especially close to the holy spirit in these sessions. I leave feeling encouraged. I am deeply grateful I can attend these sessions. W.D.
